Itinerary
January 22 - February 4, 2024
Batangas (Day 1 - 2)
On day 1, we'll take a bus to Batangas City, where we'll safely store our travel bags and prepare our bikes.
Then, we'll head to Kiko's Trail, where we can relax and perhaps do some cycling in the beautiful hills or on the constructed trails.
Tropical Island (Day 3 - 4)
Once rested from our flight, we'll board a Banga (a typical Filipino fishing boat) to sail to Mindoro. Here, we'll embark on our first real adventure with stunning nature, vistas, and a few challenging river crossings.
In the evening, we'll camp on a beach near a magnificent waterfall.
Rice Terraces (Day 5 - 8)
Returning from our island adventure, we'll head north into the mountains. Here, we'll cycle through breathtaking landscapes, including some of the most beautiful rice terraces.
Waterfalls, Coffee, and Volcanoes (Day 9 - 14)
For our final ride, we'll depart from the province of Laguna, known for its beautiful forests and hidden waterfalls. From the waterfalls, we'll head back to the southwest, passing through coffee plantations and along Taal Lake, which houses an active volcano (last major eruption in January 2020).
From here, we'll return to Batangas, where we'll bid farewell to each other... or continue our journey?
